Short Summary:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position is a six-month fixed term and part-time contract role, to assist the Magentus Practice Management finance team. The role will also have a high level of interaction with customers and key internal stakeholders.

What about the role:
- Processing of outgoing customer invoices and collections
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and assist with bank reconciliations
- Follow up on overdue customer accounts and contact to request payment
- Review, investigate and take appropriate action for unallocated payments or customer credits
- Provide quality customer service and assist customers with enquiries in an efficient, positive and professional manner
- Provide assistance to other team members to ensure a prompt response to all customer enquiries and other related duties as required or assigned
What experience or qualifications do I need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable
- Demonstrated extensive experience (3+ years) in a high-volume accounts receivable role
- Previous collections experience, and the ability to build good relationships with customers to ensure the accounts are kept up to date
