Get time back in your day by streamlining clinical and administrative processes with our software and integrations.
We have been working with specialists for over 27 years to create software solutions that make a difference to the day-to-day operations of your practice. On top of essential efficiencies such as booking appointments and managing payments, we also have custom clinical workflows for a variety of specialties and continuously improve our software to enable better clinical outcomes and patient experiences.
Our two practice management software options are Genie® (desktop) and Gentu® (cloud). Genie® is a long-trusted name in Australian practice management, and is fully-featured to support clinicians with complex tasks unique to their specialty. Gentu® is an intelligent solution with an intuitive, modern design, accessible via a browser. Our team can help you select the right option for your practice based on your workflow, cloud and functionality requirements.
Our range of add-ons means you can tailor your workflow even further. We partner with other health technology leaders such as Nuance, HotDoc and Sonic to create software add-ons that drive efficiency in your practice, such as mobile dictation, patient bookings, two-way SMS, ECLIPSE claiming and much more. We also offer integrations with industry leaders such as Argus, Medical Objects and MIMS.
We work directly with specialists to design and develop our features so they provide efficient workflows with fewer clicks. You can also use Gentu® while working from the clinic, your home, in theatre or while on the go, using the Gentu Mobile App for clinicians. Gentu® is also accessible from select countries internationally, so you always have access to the information you need.
Unlike desktop products which require ongoing (and often expensive) IT support, Gentu® doesn’t require any on-site server or maintenance. All updates are automatic and immediately accessible with no downtime required, which keeps your clinic running and focused on care.
Genie® includes a multitude of inbuilt specialty modules, designed in direct consultation with doctors from each specialty. These include solutions for orthopaedic surgery, rheumatology, obstetrics, gynaecology, dermatology, ophthalmology, paediatrics, plastic surgery and many more.
Whether you have 5 or 50 doctors at your practice, Genie® can help you streamline workflows for optimum efficiency. Up to 100 different users can access Genie® at one time and multiple practices can be supported by one database, which makes Genie® perfect for larger health organisations and clinics with multiple locations.
Whether you call us or chat to us online, the team member you speak to will be on Australian shores. Keeping our team local means understanding the unique challenges Australian practitioners face.
We work directly with practitioners to understand their workflow problems and involve them in finding a software solution. Through our co-design process, we collaborate with specialists and practice managers to get to the heart of a problem before embarking on a software solution. Part of this collaborative process involves sharing our ideas for early feedback and testing prototypes with customers who would like to be involved.
We offer on-site training at city centres across Australia, as well as remote and group training. This ensures your team has all the product knowledge they need to get the most out of your practice management software.
In addition to providing practice management software, we use our decades of expertise in healthcare technology to contribute to improvements across the greater ecosystem. We collaborate with other health leaders, such as Sonic, connecting siloed systems for greater access to shared healthcare information and better patient care. We are also driving the adoption of FHIR (the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources standard) across the industry by sharing our knowledge through Connectathons and other events.
