Marketing Manager (Data Management Services)

This is a 6 month, part-time (4 days/ week) contract

Short Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer this is a unique opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager (or Product Marketer) to drive the launch and adoption of new data-driven solutions within the healthcare industry. Data Management Services (DMS) is a new division of Magentus, with an emerging suite of innovative services based on rich sources of healthcare data, so you will be a key part of something new!

This is a hands-on marketing role that will require a balance of creative and critical thinking to develop and execute an agile marketing strategy, working with a number of internal and external stakeholders.

What about the role:

  • The DMS Marketing Manager will collaborate with the data management services team to develop and deliver a go-to-market and activation campaign with our existing database of customers, using a variety of channels and tactics. Responsibilities will include:
  • Developing customer communications (planned and reactive) throughout the customer lifecycle for a range of objectives including but not limited to awareness, activation, usage and retention.
  • Leverage the full suite of communication channels such as: eDMs, in-product messaging and tactics, social media content and webinars.
  • Developing briefs and plans for appropriate media and press activity.
  • Campaign performance tracking and reporting.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management to ensure campaign alignment and legal compliance.
  • Providing guidance and recommendations to the Head of Data Management Solutions during the campaign roll out to drive ongoing engagement.
  • Working with the existing marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with other marketing activities and products.
  • Supporting the Marketing Team on broader brand activities where necessary.

What experience or qualifications do I need:

  • Tertiary level marketing or communications qualification.
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or Product Marketer position.
  • Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns to a database and driving engagement.
  • Experience working in a software, technology or data business.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot or other similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
