Short Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Quality, this position will support quality functions across Magentus. In particular, the achievement and maintenance of relevant ISO certifications and legislative requirements, incident management review, quality planning, continuous improvement and internal and external audit functions.

What about the role:
- Coordinate, monitor, implement, update and evaluate designated quality activities to enable excellence in quality management systems and service delivery to clients.
- Support Management and staff to achieve required quality objectives through the provision of staff awareness and training sessions at relevant intervals.
- Assist with training and awareness of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and assess potential changes for their impact to existing quality management.
- Coordinate, plan, implement and undertake quality systems audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards, legislative requirements, and internal processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems, identifying and documenting gaps in processes or systems, or opportunities to improve and streamline business operations. On request, make the necessary changes and updates to address the gaps.
- Maintain relevant quality system documentation and registers in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Actively promote quality improvement education and embed a culture of continuous quality improvement and excellence across Magentus.
- Participate in local quality activities, meetings and forums as required.
- Provide quality knowledge in Magentus acting as a resource and mentor to others in relation to quality matters.
- Contribute to risk identification and risk management, identifying and responding to trends.
- Support the technical teams on incident management processes, providing guidance on incident responses, reviews and conducting root cause analyses.
- Develop and monitor quality targets, KPIs and incorporate actions into appropriate plans in conjunction with the Quality Manager.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
What qualifications and experience do I need:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a quality role.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree qualifications.
- Deep understanding of quality improvement principles and practices.
- Experienced in conducting audits.
