Short Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Clinical Safety, the Senior Business Analyst (Compliance) will develop processes and produce relevant artefacts required to support Magentus’ business continuity, risk management and security programs. The Senior Business Analyst (Compliance) will also establish and maintain Risk Management Plan(s) and associated documents for Magentus Product(s). This role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure processes are appropriate and can be integrated into existing workflows.

What about the role:
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure all documentation aligns with the latest requirements.
- Research, identify, and establish the processes required to support Magentus’ compliance program.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to establish and document new procedures and adapt existing processes to meet requirements.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain the Risk Management Plan (incorporating security personnel and supply chain hazards) and required artefacts and reports for Magentus Product (s).
- Integrate related processes into business workflows.
- Work with internal teams to identify, document, and mitigate risks throughout the product life cycle.
- Work cross-functionally to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Attend and lead cross-functional meetings as needed to support and drive compliance.
- Provide regular updates and reports on compliance progress.
- Support management and staff by providing awareness and training sessions.
- Assist with training on relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts on management processes.
- Actively promote quality improvement and foster a culture of continuous improvement across Magentus.
- Contribute to risk identification and management, analysing trends and responses.
- Support technical teams on management processes, providing guidance as needed.
- Develop monitoring and reporting tools and incorporate actions into appropriate plans with the Quality Manager.
- Assist with risk, supplier, information security, business continuity, and disaster recovery management across Magentus’ product portfolio.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What experience or qualifications do I need:
- 5+ years of experience in software and/or healthcare in an IT, security, risk or compliance related role.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management practices, and business continuity processes.
- Experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or IT discipline.
- Experience in security operations environments.
- Knowledge of the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act and its application within the software sector will be highly regarded.
