Build detailed electronic health records using information from a variety of sources for more effective care during pregnancy.
Our complete Maternity EPR
The scale our our impact
Everyone has a health story to tell
Immediate access to detailed health records helps improve safety and clinical care during the maternity process. You can view all contacts across an interactive timeline, as well as provide the mother with access to selected data so they are empowered throughout their pregnancy journey.
Improve workflows and clinical collaboration through detailed reporting and maternity records accessible across departments and locations. Enjoy a cost-effective paperless platform for managing and accessing all information relating to pregnancy, including medication, blood results and CTG traces.
Euroking’s intuitive user interface with a single point of data entry simplifies processes and reduces clerical burdens on staff. Our clean, modern system provides advanced interoperability and full integration with existing hospital systems to further streamline processes.
Our care plans allow clinical professionals working with expectant mothers to record relevant information on agreed care throughout the pregnancy. Standardise and share in all care settings where required, improving communication across care teams.
This interactive, mother-centric data entry module allows expectant mothers and clinical professionals to view personalised information relating to interventions and requirements during labour. Used in conjunction with the Personal Health Record module, the birth plan empowers the mother by supporting access to their own clinical data and supporting documents or materials for informed decision-making.
Our Cardiotocography (CTG) integration to various suppliers offers a flexible route that reduces duplication. It provides a more complete picture of the mother and baby’s wellbeing, linking test results to the complete record and pregnancy timeline.
Deliver safer care for women by providing real-time electronic monitoring of observations during labour. The responsive web-based module is highly configurable and runs on existing desktops and mobile devices with an easy-to-use interface, ensuring information can be accessed and reviewed in any location at any time. This module also supports the clinician with customisable alerts, providing observations and measurements when required.
This module includes the obstetric specific method of recording relevant observations and information, allowing clinicians to automatically calculate VTE (Venous thromboembolism) risk factors for mothers. This calculation supports early detection and intervention when indicated, ensuring appropriate action is taken by displaying the score every time the record is opened.
Euroking provides a dedicated module for recording all anaesthetic activity undertaken during pregnancy, from assessment to procedure, follow up and postnatal assessment.
A bi-directional interface with the obstetric ultrasound system means once the scan has been completed, relevant information, including number of babies, will be automatically transferred to Euroking. A PDF copy of the scan and shared scan data is also stored, so that the Gestation is updated in real-time in accordance with the EDD by Scan. This ensures appointments are scheduled in a timely manner and based on the most accurate data available.
If an unwell baby is transferred to the NICU or SCBU following delivery, Euroking automatically sends relevant data, including antenatal information on the mother, into the national neonatal system. This creates the baby record and populates fields as required. If the baby details have been entered into Euroking, the record will be there on arrival ensuring no time is wasted. This also reduces the risk of lost paperwork and minimises duplication of effort by allowing information to be entered and stored in one system, and shared to relevant third parties.

This web-based module provides women with the ability to view their maternity notes online, removing the need to carry paper notes. The personal health record also supports the delivery of personalised care by providing information and advice based on their family, medical and obstetric history, or on their current pregnancy details or stage. All data can be reviewed and women are able to submit their own pregnancy assessment and birth plan to support their own needs. This provides clinicians access to essential data to support decision making for the provision of effective care.
Our management summary ensures an immediate overview of the mother’s history, which can be used by clinicians who are seeing them for the first time. The module is configurable by trust and the summary function can include social and medical risks, alerts, contact summaries and guidelines.
Our procedure booking module provides a real-time schedule with details of planned procedures, updated dynamically as they are undertaken. Example procedures include elective caesarean sections, induction of labour, suturing, and anaesthetic assessments
Record the details of telephone conversations between clinical professionals and their pregnant cohort. Specific workflows cover the three main areas of care in pregnancy: antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal, ensuring quick and efficient data entry so quality care can always be delivered to the mother.
eReferrals from Euroking replace paper referral documents and allow automatic generation of appropriate arrangements with other clinical and social services, saving time and administrative effort. The immediate electronic referral of findings and requirements can help improve pregnancy outcomes and mitigate penalties associated with late submissions of information and missed targets.
This module removes the need to send paperwork through the post by transferring important documents to electronic document management or other transfer systems. This reduces delays in care handover, saves time and cost, reduces the administrative burden, and minimises the risk of late submissions and subsequent penalties.
Community Offline is our mobile maternity system enabling community workers to take maternity records offline, record clinical encounters and upload the information back to the central maternity system. Designed for simple, fast, and effective data entry, the offline solution ensures the clinician can spend more dedicated time providing the best one-to-one care.

The University Hospital of Leicester NHS Trust, sought out for their specialisation in maternity care for high-risk women, has been using Euroking for over three decades. We continually work with their team to roll out system upgrades, enabling them to access up-to-date datasets, adopt improved paperless processes, and align with clinical updates and national reporting guidelines.
Through each evolution, requirements and specific needs core to the NHS trust have been retained. These updates have seen the trust experience significant cost savings and reduced staff frustration through improved efficiency enabled by digitisation.
