The Billings, Quotes & Financial Reporting course will help Gentu® customers minimise errors in your quoting, invoicing and receipting procedures and assist you with how to get the most out of the financial reporting in Gentu – ensuring your financial data is kept up to date and accurate. You’ll learn how to take a proactive approach to managing your practice’s accounts, leaving you with more time in your day. You will learn:
- Setting up Gentu for your billing requirements
- Editing patient account holders and information
- Setting up quote & invoice templates
- Creating and managing quotes
- Invoicing
- Deposits and refunds
- Receipting
- How to deal with exceptions
- How to get the most out of your financial reports
Course details
This course is run remotely therefore you will need your own device with access your Gentu practice, this allows you to apply what you learn directly to your own practice! The course will be run via Zoom, so please ensure you have this downloaded and ready to go on the day.
