Course outline:
The Templates and Configuration course will help Gentu® customers configure and manage their practices’ core administrative tasks and patient correspondence.
You will learn:
- User set up and Role permissions
- How to use the Appointment Book
- Setting up Practice Day – to – day calendar management
- How to set up SMS templates and scheduled appointments
- How to design a Letterhead Templates
- Letter Templates Formatting
- Configuring Procedure Templates
- How to create and edit Procedures
- eBooking set up
- Creating Pathology and Radiology Requests including eRequests
- Linking incoming correspondence and Sending Letters
Course details
This course is run remotely therefore you will need your own device with access your Gentu practice, this allows you to apply what you learn directly to your own practice! The course will be run via Zoom, so please ensure you have this downloaded and ready to go on the day. Please ensure you have a working webcam and microphone if possible to ensure you get the most out of the course, as there will be some parts will involve some group discussion.

Existing Gentu® users that already have some experience using the software. This course is also a great professional development opportunity and is designed for Practice Managers or any staff members who are responsible for setup and configuration of Gentu.

Your position on the course can be transferred to another staff member from the same practice or another Genie practice provided Magentus is given at least 2 business days’ notice of the change. If you are unable to attend a course, or arrange a replacement, you may request that the course material be posted to you.
