Genie Solutions has been the leading provider of practice management software in Australia for over 27 years, and we’ll continue to lead this space as the practice management division of Magentus. The same level of service we’re known for, including dedicated Australian support, will continue unchanged, as will our software, Genie® and Gentu®, which will continue to operate under the same names.

We will now be fully integrated into a global business, working to break down silos and enable smarter collaboration to deliver better healthcare outcomes.
The Genie Solutions name is changing to Magentus, however our core products (Genie® and Gentu®) will continue to support your practice, and their names will remain. Our team, including our local Australian support team, will also operate as normal, so you can rest assured that you will continue to receive the same excellent service.

No, in November 2021, we were acquired by The Citadel Group; part of this company is now known as Magentus. Previous communications were sent about this and our transition to Magentus in May.
Our new name and brand marks are the final step in a process that began with our acquisition by The Citadel Group in 2021, enabling us to combine with their other health technology solutions under the collective brand ‘Magentus’ and evolve together as one team.
