We help to consolidate siloed healthcare data sources to empower your team’s timely and well-informed clinical and organisational decisions.

The scale of our impact
Everyone has a health story to tell
We consolidate healthcare data residing in disparate clinical systems so your team has access to accurate, detailed and standardised datasets, via an appropriate consent model, to improve your ability to analyse and report quickly and effectively. Our services have been used by public health systems to create consolidated electronic health records, form detailed analysis on health patterns to support national populations, and to implement secure data environments for more efficient data management. These solutions work together to improve primary and secondary care services as a whole.
With the scalability and existing UK GP Practice coverage, access to data can be quickly implemented following information governance compliancy and sign off. This can empower your team to make important, informed decisions regarding patient care, precisely identify risks, and easily respond to audits or national compliance requirements. Primary care services informed by data have the power to improve care standards and patient outcomes across entire geographies and make a difference to patients’ lives.
Data extraction is performed securely with encryption and anonymisation where required to keep patients and health organisations safe and compliant. This ensures patient information is processed and shared legally, consistent with national data security and management standards.
Our software provides access to a full picture of the patient’s known medical background, making care planning safer and more efficient and improving communications between primary and secondary care.
Our data analytics service uses data from a GP practice in a consented, appropriate manner. It allows practices to share information in an anonymised format to third party organisations, who may amalgamate data from multiple practices and apply business intelligence to support population health management and risk stratification to assist the individual GP practice, local Primary Care Networks (PCN) or at Integrated Care System (ICS) level.
Our automated audit tool is designed to enable Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) to carry out clinical audits across a number of GP practices at scale. It can be used to carry out anonymised and amalgamated audits against national standards covering the GMS contract Quality & Outcomes Framework.
Our document management solution allows practices to scan incoming correspondence directly into their GP system which is then attached to the patient’s clinical record.

By setting up data pathways between clinical systems, we can connect siloed systems and ensure care teams can harness information to make better guided decisions. Shared data pathways between clinical systems connects previously siloed systems and ensures the future of health is more informed.
Provide CHIS have improved immunisation levels in the East of England as a result of integrating systems, introducing better quality control and education around vaccination measures. GP practices have reduced their workload at the same time as improving accuracy and Provide CHIS is able to operate in a more efficient manner by reducing transcription errors and manual effort thereby delivering a more reliable service.

Provide Child Health Information Service (CHIS) manages approximately 1 million immunisation records across Essex and East Anglia, scheduling vaccination appointments for GP practices across the region. To deliver the highest standard of care and improve childhood immunisation measures, Provide CHIS needed an intuitive and unbiased IT ecosystem that could automate data processing, regardless of the original source.
Magentus delivered an innovative clinical data management solution that could connect disparate systems to create a seamless communication channel between Provide CHIS and GP practices. As a result of the continued success of the collaboration, more higher quality data is going to the UKHSA for national surveillance, vaccine effectiveness and other programmes to support public health.
