St John of God Health Care will roll out the Charm Evolution® oncology information management system nationally, following a successful pilot at St John of God Subiaco Hospital’s Bendat Family Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
Charm Evolution®, delivered by health care technology firm Magentus, connects vital information about a patient’s care journey into a single digital record.
The system will be introduced as the centralised oncology patient record at St John of God Health Care hospitals across Australia including hospitals in Bunbury, Geraldton, Midland, Murdoch, Berwick, Bendigo and Ballarat.
Charm Evolution® will underpin improved collaboration and continuity of care via seamless interoperability with the Enterprise Patient Administration System, Digital Medical Record, Pathology, and My Health Record.
St John of God Subiaco Hospital Chief Pharmacist, Peter Smart, said:
