eRequests is free to use for Genie® and Gentu® users,
here’s how you get started.

Genie® users v10.2.7

This new feature is built into the latest version of Genie®.

Genie® users v10.2.2 – v10.2.6

To enable eRequests you will need to follow the steps on activating and configuring for eRequests.

Genie® users below v10.2.2

You will need to upgrade to a newer version of Genie® 
to start using eRequests. 

eRequests is automatically available in Gentu® and ready to use, to get setup follow the steps on activating and configuring eRequests in Gentu®.
